There's a lot of talent around this lake, from visual artists to musicians to crafters. And this past week some of our more experienced crafters hosted a hands-on event at the Centre where they shared their knowledge and helped about a dozen of their friends and neighbours to create a small piece of folk art. By all accounts it was a successful day and the attendees are now looking forward to a follow-on session coming soon.
